Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Senior Asset Servicing Analyst to support the day-to-day delivery of corporate actions across multiple asset classes. The role focuses on the full lifecycle from announcement to settlement, with emphasis on data validation and entitlement processing.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers and back-office teams to ensure accurate timely processing, while driving process improvements and controls to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate actions across equities, fixed income and derivatives.
• Ability to implement controls and manage operational risk.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across PMs, Reconciliations, Pricing, Trade Support and Compliance.
• Experience with data validation and event lifecycle processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the full event cycle for mandatory, voluntary and mandatory-with-options corporate actions across asset classes.
• Process and oversee corporate actions across equities, fixed income and derivatives with a focus on CFDs.
• Validate event data from multiple sources and maintain an accurate golden copy, resolving discrepancies.
• Calculate and process entitlements, ensuring cash and security movements are booked correctly.
• Monitor settlement of outturns and proceeds, resolving breaks with custodians and Fund Accounting.
• Communicate events clearly to Portfolio Managers, including options, dates and deadlines.
• Mentor and train junior team members and provide cover for Team Lead.
