Job summary

Janus Henderson Group is seeking a Senior Asset Servicing Analyst to support the day-to-day delivery of corporate actions across multiple asset classes. You will help drive the in-house middle office transformation, focusing on voluntary and elective events from announcement through settlement and reconciliation.

The role requires experience in asset servicing within asset management or investment banking, strong data validation, and coordination with custodians.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate actions role within asset management or investment banking.
• Experience with voluntary and elective events across lifecycle for equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and custody platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end corporate action lifecycle for mandatory, voluntary, and optional events.
• Validate event data from multiple sources and maintain a golden copy.
• Calculate entitlements, processing cash and security movements, and confirm settlements.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and custodians to communicate options and deadlines.
• Monitor instruction confirmations and resolve rejections before market deadlines.
