THE ROLE:

An integral part of the Content team, and sitting in the creative copywriting team, you will maintain the New Look tone of voice across all digital and physical touchpoints, delivering creative yet commercially minded copy and content. This role suits a creative individual with an abundance of ideas, an impeccable grasp of grammar, and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable brainstorming seasonal concepts as well as writing captions for Instagram and reactive push notifications.

Working closely with the Creative, Brand, and Social teams to ensure consistency across all channels, you’ll write compelling, original, and informative copy and contribute to evolving our brand voice.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Owning the brand tone of voice across all touchpoints
  • Writing clear, concise, and accurate copy demonstrating good brand and fashion knowledge
  • Creating multichannel copy including campaign straplines, editorials, marketing emails, push notifications, app inbox messages, ads, site furniture, packaging, social media captions, in-store POS, announcements, crisis comms, PR, UX, radio, video, homepages, and OOH ads
  • Supporting the Senior Content and AD Lead with idea generation for campaigns and content
  • Building relationships with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams, being a true team player
  • Supporting sustainability projects with appropriate copy, keeping up with legal guidelines
  • Creating engaging copy for promotions and reactive trade pushes
  • Developing seasonal and store messaging

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a fashion/retail copywriting role
  • Excellent written English, editorial awareness, and meticulous editing skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and channel-specific nuances
  • Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
  • Impressive knowledge of fashion trends, pop culture, designers, and brands
  • Organized and creative with original, on-brand copy
  • Ability to produce compelling copy that resonates with audiences
  • Reliable in delivering copy on time
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships
