Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor in High Wycombe with a minimum of 1.5 years' PQE to join a respected regional law firm’s Property team. You will manage your own caseload across residential and commercial property, delivering practical advice and working closely with experienced colleagues.

You will handle drafting and negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong client relationships within a supportive environment designed for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years' PQE within Residential and Commercial Property.
• Experience managing own conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handling all aspects of conveyancing matters independently, including post-completion requirements.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and contracts.
• Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with property legislation and regulations.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
