Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE within Residential Property
• Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Previous supervisory experience or an interest in progressing into leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload alongside the Head of Department.
• Support team management and performance objectives.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor workloads and ensure matters progress efficiently.
• Assist with business development and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
