Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, programming, integrating, testing, or commissioning industrial automation and controls.
• Strong PLC and HMI development experience.
• Experience with safety systems and industrial networks.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into technical requirements and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities with customers and translate needs into use cases and requirements.
• Shape concepts balancing value, safety, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Build and programme prototypes using PLCs, HMIs, motion, vision, sensors, drives, and safety systems.
• Prove concepts with test plans and structured experiments and document results.
• Integrate complete systems and optimize sequences, motion profiles, and cycle times.
• Design safety into controls and support start-up, commissioning, and FAT/SAT.
