Job summary

TSL Lighting is seeking a senior Control Systems Specialist to lead the delivery of rack builds and control equipment. You will interpret client rack diagrams, manage the full build process, and supervise the department in the absence of the Department Manager.

You should have proven experience in control systems within live events, AV, or broadcast, with strong attention to cable dressing, labeling, and presentation. This role offers opportunities across the UK and Europe with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret rack diagrams accurately.
• Strong leadership and independent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all control equipment to high standards and readiness.

• Implement professional cable dressing and labeling with clear documentation.
• Supervise department operations in the Department Manager's absence.
