• Significant experience delivering commercial fit-out or interior construction projects.
• Leadership of project delivery teams and relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial fit-out projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and overall commercial performance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and site teams, guiding delivery and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers through all project stages.
• Review drawings, scopes of work and risks to identify opportunities early.
• Support pre-construction to mobilise projects and handovers smoothly.
• Monitor profitability, forecasting and financial reporting for each project.
• Drive resource planning and delivery performance to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety legislation and company standards.
• Resolve challenges proactively while maintaining client communication.
