Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of water infrastructure projects across Manchester, Merseyside, and Cheshire. This senior role offers ownership of programme performance, resources, risk management and client relationships, with direct oversight of delivery teams across multiple live projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple water and civil engineering projects.
• Leading and supporting Project Managers, Site Agents and operational teams.
• Managing programme, resources, commercial performance and project risk.
• Reviewing costs, forecasts and CVRs and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Working closely with the client and maintaining senior-level relationships.
• Ensuring projects have the right people and resources in place.
• Providing leadership across operational delivery, design and SHEQ.
