This freelance/contract role requires a proven track record in premium retail fit-out, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Manager / Contracts Manager in construction or fit-out.
• Extensive high-end luxury retail fit-out experience essential.
• Experience delivering projects for premium / luxury retail brands.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee commercial and contractual performance of projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors and supply chains.
• Monitor budgets, costs, variations and financial performance.
• Manage client relationships and attend progress/commercial meetings.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor packages and contracts.
• Manage programmes, procurement and delivery.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our client's team, working across high-end luxury fit-out projects throughout the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager who has a proven track record delivering premium retail environments, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of the demands and standards associated with luxury brands.

THE ROLE

As Senior Contract Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful commercial and operational delivery of multiple high-end luxury fit-out projects.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the full contract lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion.
