• Previous contracts manager experience within volume housebuilding.
• Strong traditional build knowledge.
• Experience managing several sites simultaneously.
• Track record of running high-performing or award-winning developments.
• Experience managing and developing award-winning Site Managers.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple traditional build housing developments.
• Managing and supporting Site Managers across your portfolio.
• Driving programme, quality, health & safety and delivery.
• Setting high standards and holding site teams accountable.
• Identifying issues early and ensuring they are resolved.
• Developing strong-performing site teams.
• Working closely with commercial, technical and construction teams.
• Maintaining excellent build quality and customer standards.
