Reinforced Recruitment LTD has an exciting opening for a Contracts Manager in residential housebuilding, covering Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. You will oversee multiple traditional build developments, driving standards and delivering high-quality schemes on time.

The role demands a proactive manager who can lead site teams, coordinate with commercial and technical colleagues, and maintain excellent build quality and customer standards across a portfolio of 3–4 developments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in volume housebuilding.
• Strong traditional build knowledge.
• Ability to manage several sites simultaneously.
• Proven track record of running high-performing or award-winning developments.
• Ability to lead and develop Site Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3-4 residential developments and large flagship scheme.
• Manage and support Site Managers across portfolio.
• Drive programme, quality, health & safety and delivery.
• Set high standards and hold teams accountable.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical and construction teams.
