Job summary

GVR Solutions Ltd in London seeks a Senior Contracts Manager / Operations Lead to steer contract delivery across brick and block, demolition, groundworks and RC packages. You will manage multiple projects, oversee site teams and ensure programmes meet time and budget constraints.

The role offers progression toward Head of Operations for the production side and requires strong contractual expertise, leadership, and communication at all levels.

Qualifications

• Previous Contracts Management experience in a sub-contracting sector.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to communicate at all levels.
• SMSTS certified and CSCS card preferred.

Responsibilities

GVR Solutions are currently representing a well established and growing specialist contract, based in London, who are in the market for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. This opportunity also has excellent career progression for the suitable candidate as it also offers a clear path to become the Head of Operations for the Production side of the business.

As a contractor they specialise in Brick and Block work, Temporary works, Demolition, Soft Strip out, Groundworks, RC works and Steel works packages within the Refurbishment and Cut & Carve sectors in London.

Senior Contracts Manager:

As the Senior Contracts Manager; you will be reporting to the Managing Director with a close and full oversight of the operations teams across all sites. You must have a good understanding and ability to manage the workforce directly ensuring a clear and precise programme throughout the projects to complete on time and within budget. You must be able to manage multiple projects at any given time with the ability to delegate the workload whilst also up skilling the team.
