Job summary

Connolly Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced (Senior) Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple construction and social housing contracts. You will oversee contract performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery across several sites.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Contracts Manager or similar in construction environments.
Experience managing multiple projects and budgets across sites.
Strong contract administration, variations and change control.
Experience coordinating with clients and stakeholders to maintain relationships.
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop site teams.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of multiple contracts across sites in a fast-paced construction/social housing environment.
Monitor contract performance, risk, compliance and reporting.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor and supplier management.
Collaborate with commercial, design and operations teams to optimise project delivery.
Mentor and develop Assistant Contracts Managers and junior staff.
