Job summary

City Site Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple traditional build and multi-occupancy projects across the Berkshire region. You will lead site teams, coordinate with commercial and client teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a strong background as a contracts manager with main contractor experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage several projects

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor in traditional construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
• Experience on multi-occupancy or residential projects is advantageous.
• Strong project and commercial awareness, communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of construction programmes and contracts.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an established main contractor working across traditional build and multi-occupancy projects throughout the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join an established business and take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, working closely with Site Managers, commercial teams, clients and senior management.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality and within budget.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple projects from start through to completion
• Providing leadership and support to Site Managers and project teams

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor, with a strong background in traditional construction.

You will be a confident and experienced construction professional with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.

Experience working on multi-occupancy or residential projects would be advantageous.

You will also need to demonstrate:
