Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple civils and water projects across Scotland. The role leads Project Managers, commercial teams and supply chains to deliver programmes on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will bring a strong civil engineering background, relevant qualifications and a proven ability to manage client relationships and contractual risk.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in civil engineering and water/utilities.
• Proven leadership at Contracts Manager/Senior Project Manager level.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding is essential.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple civils and water projects.
• Lead Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Manage programmes, budgets and resources.
• Monitor commercial performance across projects.
• Oversee subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Identify and manage commercial and operational risks.
• Ensure safety, quality and CDM compliance.
