• Experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong contractual and commercial understanding, NEC experience.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.

• Strong financial, programme and risk management experience.
• Commercial mindset with practical project delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Relevant qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery and performance of assigned contracts.
• Lead project teams and provide clear direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong and effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Managing contractual requirements, change, variations and commercial risks.
• Monitoring project costs, forecasts, programmes and overall financial performance.
• Working collaboratively with the commercial team to maximise project margins and identify opportunities.
• Overseeing subcontractor and supplier performance.
• Supporting procurement, tendering and contract negotiations.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Promoting a strong culture of health, safety and environmental responsibility.
• Identifying challenges early and driving practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Providing accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the business.
