Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is recruiting a Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale anaerobic digestion and biogas projects in the UK. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget control.

The role requires extensive leadership and client-management experience, with a focus on HSQE and environmental compliance across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in contracts manager or senior project delivery role.
• Experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Experience in anaerobic digestion, biogas, water, wastewater or bioresources advantageous.
• Strong commercial, contractual and project management knowledge.
• Proven leadership and client management experience.
• Good understanding of HSQE and environmental requirements.
• Strong communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex engineering and construction projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact.
• Oversee programme, budget, procurement, commercial performance and risk.
• Drive high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Lead and develop project teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
