Job summary

Eudia Counsel is seeking a Contracts Manager to apply deep contracts expertise at the intersection of law and technology, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of agreements for high-profile clients using our AI-powered platform.

Embedded in the Delivery team and closely partnered with the Commercial team, you will align contracting outputs with customer needs, mentor junior colleagues, and push process improvements across the contracting lifecycle.

Qualifications

10+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
Experience implementing contract playbooks in-house or via delivery teams.
Familiar with CLM, AI contract review tools and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate complex agreements
Review customer agreements and engage with customer stakeholders to understand practice
Collaborate with product team to refine outputs based on observations and feedback
Track review speed and measure improvements from technology implementation
Provide feedback to product team on what works and lessons learned
Mentor junior team members to ensure consistency and accuracy across reviews
