Job summary

Ralliant Law & Compliance seeks an experienced Legal Contract Administrator to support the EMEAI region. You will review, negotiate, and administer regional contracts using templates and playbooks, while aiding subsidiary governance and compliance initiatives.

You will contribute to contract lifecycle management, leverage CLM and AI tools, and collaborate with cross-border teams across the international legal function.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in commercial contracting or legal operations.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations across jurisdictions (EMEA/EMEAi).
• Familiarity with CLM tools and corporate governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, negotiate, and manage routine commercial agreements using templates.
• Support contract lifecycle activities: intake, execution, renewals, and records.
• Coordinate subsidiary governance and maintain entity records for EMEAI.
• Assist with legal operations tools, automation, and reporting KPIs.
