I’m currently working closely with a well-established commercial fit-out contractor that is actively searching for a Senior Contracts Manager to become an integral part of their expanding team.

This business has a strong workload and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial spaces. However, this role has a very specific requirement - We're specifically seeking someone with a proven track record of delivering laboratory projects.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A proven track record of successfully delivering laboratory projects, from concept through to completion – including both new builds and complex fit-outs.

Strong knowledge of the specialist requirements of laboratory environments, such as cleanroom standards, ventilation systems, containment protocols, and compliance with health & safety and regulatory frameworks.

Experience liaising with technical consultants, architects, and end users to ensure the practical and operational needs of scientific spaces are met.

The ability to lead multiple projects, manage contracts efficiently, and ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
