A well-established, multi-discipline contracting company specializing in Building Repairs & Refurbishment, Groundworks & Minor Civils, Landscape Management, and Electrical Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their team in the Oxford district.

Role Overview:

You will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This senior role involves managing both employed staff and subcontractors, developing contract strategies, and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish
• Supervise employed and subcontracted teams to ensure timely delivery
• Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Develop and implement contract management strategies
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Report to the Operations Director
• Coordinate with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors on budgets
• Lead a team including Contracts Managers and operatives

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ experience in groundworks contract management
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work qualification
• CSCS card
• Strong commercial and project management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills

Package:

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
