Are you an experienced Construction Contracts Manager passionate about driving successful public-sector projects? We're looking for a skilled professional with a track record in managing and delivering high-quality construction projects, someone ready to take on a senior role with genuine growth potential - right up to director level.
In this role, you'll take the lead on multiple public-sector construction projects, typically ranging from GBP500k to GBP8m in value. Your expertise in contracts, particularly NEC4 and JCT, will be central to your work as you navigate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll handle everything from high-level stakeholder management and risk assessment to overseeing supply chains and driving margins, all while working closely with our teams on the ground.
We're offering a competitive salary of GBP70,000 - GBP80,000, plus a benefits package that includes a car allowance, private healthcare, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
