Senior Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic bids and projects, managing the full contract management lifecycle.
• Implement commercial strategies throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead negotiations with clients.
• Establish commercial agreements with partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Manage commercial risks and liabilities, negotiate contract terms.
• Provide commercial expertise and guidance within multi-functional teams.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience negotiating and managing large contracts, preferably in the maritime defence sector. You should understand contract terms, the UK single-source environment, and be able to communicate key points effectively to provide sound commercial recommendations.
