Job summary

THE·TEAM seeks a talented legal professional to join its Creators division in London. You will review, draft and negotiate a high volume of creator-related agreements, advising agents and clients on transactional and legal matters in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct research, anticipate issues, and design strategies to remediate risk while staying current on evolving laws and IP matters relevant to THE·TEAM's business across EMEA and APAC.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of law firm or in-house experience in a transactional role.
• Ability to explain legal issues clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Strong collaboration skills with junior and senior staff, and high emotional intelligence.
• Self-starter who can work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated passion for the creators industry.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts for Creators clients.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal questions and prepare opinions.
• Anticipate issues and design strategies to remediate risk to THE·TEAM and clients.
• Stay current on legislation and important legal developments affecting interests.
• Support on intellectual property projects and assist with dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
