Job summary

Hillcrest Homes in Dundee is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the Planned and Specialist Contracts Team, overseeing procurement, delivery and performance of planned maintenance, compliance and building safety contracts across more than 9,500 homes.

You will manage budgets, deliver investment and compliance programmes, ensure value for money, and provide assurance to senior management and the board while shaping the asset management strategy and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in a related discipline.
• Significant experience in planned maintenance, compliance or asset management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, building safety and contract management.
• Experience leading teams, managing budgets and delivering value for money.
• Excellent contractor management, communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
