Manpower UK in Greater Manchester (Altrincham) seeks a Principal Recruitment Consultant with a contract specialism to own a high-value talent function. This is a true 360 recruitment role across Defence, Aerospace, Space, and Nuclear, combining business development, contractor redeployment, and account growth.

You will drive revenue, redeploy contractors, and scale the Secure Projects function into a market-leading capability, while mentoring junior consultants and establishing best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a contract sales recruiter (360).
• Strong background in SC-cleared / MOD / secure projects recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver against revenue targets.
• Autonomous in a sales-driven environment with team leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• BD & revenue generation across secure sectors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships in defence-related markets.
• Redeploy contractors to maximise utilisation and profitability.
• Manage full contract recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
• Mentor junior consultants and help scale the defence recruitment function.
