Job summary

ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd) is seeking a Contract Manager to lead and develop a major client team across the UK and Poland. You will own day-to-day operations, ensure service levels, and act as the senior escalation point for client issues, driving timely resolutions and first-time fixes.

You will build strong client relationships, influence internal and external outcomes, and drive improvements across processes, planning, and forecasting with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or fulfilment within 3PL or similar.
• Experience managing a key client in a similar role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Senior and Client Logistics Coordinators across the UK and Poland.
• Own day-to-day customer service operations ensuring high standards of delivery.
• Act as senior escalation point for client issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Build strong client relationships and influence outcomes internally and externally.
• Ensure end-to-end operations run to plan and in line with SLAs, managing risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver aligned and seamless service.
• Lead client reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding of new services and forecasting with the client.
