Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.

We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team in Central London.

The purpose of the role will be to lead development of new business into Commercial Property Maintenance (CPM), mobilise and to take into Operations.

To ensure that CPM operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and CPM business processes.

What you’ll do:

• Lead bid Management, including writing and proof-reading quality submissions.
• Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met.
• Be responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
• Be responsible for managing the site P&L account to agreed margins.
• Recruitment of any new staff on site to ensure site is adequately resourced for contractual obligations and service delivery.
• Have management of client relationship on a daily basis.
• Have management and delivery all reports required by either client or CPM management team.
• Review and develop new operational strategies to ensure continued improvement to contract delivery.
• Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
• Prepare estimates and quotations with appropriate documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Produce monthly reports where required.
• Manage and monitor direct and subcontract labour to ensure the expected standards of CPM are maintained in line with CPM procedures.
• Prepare PPM programmes to meet contract requirements and optimise the use of direct and subcontract labour.
• Lead and develop the site team to deliver injury free environment (IFE) culture, zero accidents, zero environmental failures, zero ethical breaches.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Must have experience delivering a Hard Service FM contract
• Must have experience in business development
• Hold a management qualification
• Experience of managing large commercial sites with values in excess of £1.5m pa
• Have management experience of service delivery in high profile offices
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients
• Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
• Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
