Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting a Senior Contract Manager to lead external refurbishment projects for social housing in Ealing. You will oversee Site Managers, resident liaison officers, and subcontractors while ensuring programmes, budget control and client satisfaction.

Extensive experience with externals, EWI, retrofit and roofing is essential, with a strong emphasis on JCT contracts and CDM compliance.

Qualifications

Senior Contract Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment Externals

Ealing

£75K - £85K + Car Allowance + Benefits

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to join their highly successful team based in Ealing.

The Senior Contract Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including externals works, EWI, Retrofit, roofing works for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. You must have delivered these types of projects for a leading social housing refurbishment contractor and be able to use MS Project to be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Senior Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.

Senior Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

Senior Contract Manager Salary & Package:

You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success. This is a full time, permanent role for which you will receive up to £85,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits
