We're looking for experienced Senior Contract Administrators and Contract Administrators to join our Newcastle-based team.

The Role

You will be a key part of our commercial delivery team, managing all stages of subcontractor contract administration on our projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing costs and head contract requirements
  • Developing contract management plans aligned with risks and opportunities
  • Preparing subcontractor scopes, packages, lettings, and procurement schedules
  • Handling progress claims, variations, and forecasting
  • Collaborating closely with the delivery team to align methodology and value goals
  • Using CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided if needed)

You will have the support of a seasoned commercial leadership team and the autonomy to make decisions and lead outcomes.

About You

You have extensive experience in contract or commercial management on building projects, ideally within government or institutional sectors.
