Errington Legal is seeking a commercially astute Senior Contentious Trusts solicitor to join a leading national team. The role offers hybrid working across office locations in Norfolk/Suffolk/Essex and a path to leadership as Senior Associate/Legal Director.

You will contribute to strategy, drive growth of the trusts and probate practice, and oversee complex disputes while mentoring junior lawyers in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in contentious trusts/probate.
• Technically excellent with experience in managing complex disputes.
• Member of ACTAPS or CTA.
• Interest in business development and client growth.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the growth and development of the practice.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and success of the firm.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers.
