Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in contentious probate matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of inheritance, estate and trust disputes.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently.
• Excellent client care, communication and relationship management skills.
• commercially minded with an interest in growing the department's profile.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Handle contentious and related non-contentious probate issues.
• Work on inheritance disputes, trust litigation, and estate administration disputes.
• Advise executors in a neutral capacity and draft settlement agreements.
