Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Lawyer in Bristol. The role involves managing a busy contentious probate, trust and estate disputes caseload and advising clients directly under the guidance of senior Partners.

You will work with established Private Client and Dispute Resolution teams and contribute to growing the firm's Contentious Probate practice while developing business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with litigation rights.
• Approximately 7-10 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling contentious probate matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of contentious probate, trust and estate disputes from instruction to conclusion.
• Advise clients directly, including face-to-face meetings and clear advice.
• Collaborate with Wills, Trusts & Estate Administration and Dispute Resolution teams.
