re:act is seeking a Content Strategy Manager to lead strategic and creative direction of content, turning brand objectives and audience insight into ideas that resonate. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in London, with senior creative leadership responsibility and close collaboration with the Art Director and production teams.

• Experience leading shoots and directing production teams.

• Lead Creative Strategy & Brief Development for campaigns and content.
• Build understanding of brand, audience, and market trends to inform ideas.
• Provide Creative Leadership across shoots, directing on set with photographers, videographers, and production teams.
• Drive Creative Development across campaigns, creator content and UGC.
• Collaborate with accounts and senior team to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Use performance insights to refine briefs and creative direction.
