Salt is seeking a Senior Content Manager for a newly created role with an established client within the online marketplace industry.

This high-impact role involves leading the development of content and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase member engagement, and support the organization's mission-led strategy.

This position is suitable for a hands-on content and PR professional experienced in fast-paced, consumer-focused, or membership environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated content strategy across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent tone and alignment with business goals.

Campaign Delivery:

• Manage a multi-channel content calendar including seasonal campaigns, member stories, blogs, newsletters, videos, and social content.

Public Relations:

• Oversee media relations, agency partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives to secure impactful coverage and support crisis communications.

Member Engagement:

• Collaborate with community and service teams to transform member stories and user-generated content into compelling brand advocacy.

Performance & Optimisation:
