Qualifications

• 5+ years in content licensing, publishing rights, or partnership management.
• Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder or international licensing deals.
• Experience managing multiple partners across markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage global portfolio of licensing partners including renewals, compliance, and relationships.
• Lead negotiations on licensing terms, pricing, and technical requirements.
• Identify and close new licensing opportunities to fill content gaps by practice area or jurisdiction.
• Coordinate with Content, Product and Legal teams on terms, ingestion, and metadata standards.
• Oversee multiple deals and renewals with strict adherence to deadlines.
