Job description

Our in‑house Global Creative team shapes our brand narrative and visual identity in the mind of our customers. We collaborate closely with teams across our business in Marketing, Product, and Communications to deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions and campaigns. As we continue to grow and bring to life our new brand platform, we need a content creator who can help make our brand move. As a Senior Content Creator, you will report into the Head of Creative and develop and execute social media video content for global digital campaigns and major cultural events. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of digital creatives; other content creators, motion graphics designers, and artworkers. Your primary goal is to make Deliveroo a brand that customers love, and your work will play a significant role in how we present ourselves in the market. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: creating engaging digital video content for Deliveroo's social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
  • Creative Response: translate communications briefs into creative proposals for video concepts, including scripts and storyboards.
  • Production: self‑starter able to produce content from concept to delivery autonomously; shoot and edit videos for a range of social media platforms.
  • Time Management: manage multiple projects from brief to asset delivery while ensuring brand alignment.
  • Originate and Collaborate: ability to interpret a brief from scratch and also build on existing creative ideas and design concepts.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: support various teams across the business (PR, Corporate Communications, Rider, and Restaurant teams) with social media assets.
  • Stay Current: a desire to be in the know with social media trends and technology advances to advance your craft.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Content Creator, either in an agency or in‑house setting creating work for social and digital marketing channels.
  • An engaging showreel of work that demonstrates impressive creative content, live action and experimentation.
  • Camera operation, sound and lighting experience, especially for interviews.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Premiere Pro.
  • Highly collaborative; you thrive in a people‑focused culture.
  • Comfort with fast‑paced, dynamic environments and a resilience to change.
  • Self‑starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Equal passion for small tasks and large projects.
  • Strong social media knowledge, with an understanding of platform‑specific content.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and within brand guidelines.
