Qualificações

• Experience in consumer PR / communications in an agency setting.
• Proactive team player with strong media relations capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage client requests and be solutions-focused for issues.
• Play an active role on calls and update the client on work progress.
• Lead media monitoring and identify relevant coverage.
• Deliver work to deadline and coordinate with the wider team on solutions.
• Share ideas to help the team achieve goals and maintain visibility.
• Maintain strong communication both virtually and in-person.
• Contribute to consumer team knowledge of trends and campaigns.
• Manage time and track task duration and impact on budgets.
• Assist with account finances, PO processes, and invoicing.
• Source and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct research for new business proposals and pitches.
