Job summary

Voy is seeking a Consumer PR Manager to build our in-house consumer PR capability across health and wellness media, telling patient-centered stories that resonate nationally. You’ll own how Voy’s patients and expertise are portrayed, using proprietary data and cultural moments to earn coverage.

You will partner with our corporate communications agency, shape narratives for a broad audience, and demonstrate PR’s commercial impact through rigorous reporting and data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PR experience with healthcare or wellness focus.
• Compelling storyteller who translates patient experiences into newsworthy narratives.
• Strong network within consumer health media and national outlets.
• Ability to mine data and evidence-based stories from company data.
• Analytical and results-driven with familiarity with monitoring tools.
• Comfort navigating regulated healthcare communications and compliance.
• Proactive owner who can influence senior stakeholders and manage partners.

Responsibilities
