Job summary

Ryan is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant, Transfer Pricing, to join our rapidly expanding UK Transfer Pricing practice. You will work closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead and Manager to support the growth and delivery of our UK TP services, developing your technical expertise and taking on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification or working towards equivalent professional certification.
• Good understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD principles.
• Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous.
• Experience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiatives.
• Assist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposals.
• Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality transfer pricing deliverables and documentation in line with UK legislation and OECD guidelines.
• Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking.
• Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard transfer pricing databases.
• Support day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Draft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detail.

Working closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead and Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of our UK Transfer Pricing practice.
