INTERIM STRATEGIC ASSET MANAGER

London/Hybrid

Park Avenue are working with a Property Consultancy firm in London, who're looking for an Interim Strategic Asset Manager.

This role is on a 3 month initial contract, as a paternity cover. This firm work collaboratively with Local Authorities nationwide, providing strategic advice on asset portfolios, projects and development programmes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead multi-disciplinary asset strategy projects for local government clients, from inception through to implementation.
• Provide commercial and financial modelling to support investment decisions, income-generation plans, or estate rationalisation.
• Oversee site-specific, portfolio-wide and thematic asset reviews, disposals strategies, partnership structures, and reuse options (EG Leisure centres, Civic centres, offices, heritage sites).

Additional information:

• Local Authority experience is required - whether you've worked internally at a Local Authority, or on behalf of them.
• MRICS not essential, but you'll ideally have extensive Commercial Property experience.
• INSIDE OR OUTSIDE IR35
• Full time position - if you require occasional flexibility, this can be arranged.
• Interviews will likely be held w.b 16/06/2025.
• A short handover period would be beneficial, so they're looking for someone to start at the end of June/early July.
