As a Senior Consultant (Research Manager), you’ll:

Lead the charge on qual research projects – from design through delivery.

Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them thrive.

Craft compelling, insight-driven reports and strategic recommendations.

Take charge of client communication and presentations.

Track project budgets and contribute to proposals and pitches.

Champion smart, digital-first thinking in all things research.

The ideal candidate will have:

4+ years’ experience in qual research (agency or consultancy)

A passion for impactful insights and storytelling

Confidence in project management, leading client interactions and contributing to business development
