1. Lead the charge on qualitative research projects – from design through delivery.
2. Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them thrive.
3. Craft compelling, insight-driven reports and strategic recommendations.
4. Take charge of client communication and presentations.
5. Track project budgets and contribute to proposals and pitches.
6. Champion smart, digital-first thinking in all aspects of research.

The ideal candidate will have:
