Qualifications

• Strong management consulting experience within complex public sector environments.
• Ownership of consulting engagements across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Experience across business analysis, delivery and transformation.
• Digital transformation experience, ideally involving multi‑supplier or complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of Central Government, law enforcement, national security or public safety environments.
• Confidence navigating governance, approvals and senior stakeholder groups.
• Commercial experience contributing to bids, proposals, opportunity development and wider account growth.
• Ability to lead teams, support less experienced consultants and take accountability when challenges arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital transformation engagements across the UK public sector, from discovery to mobilisation, delivery, to implementation and aftercare.
• Own engagements across the full delivery lifecycle and drive governance with senior stakeholders.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, adapt between business analysis, delivery leadership and change management as needed.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and opportunity development while maintaining delivery credibility.
