Job summary

Ncounter is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead complex digital transformation engagements across the UK public sector. This hands-on role covers discovery, mobilisation, delivery, implementation and aftercare, with accountability for delivering the required outcome and direct engagement with senior client stakeholders.

We value broad experience across business analysis, delivery leadership and business change, enabling you to move between strategic thinking and practical delivery as projects

Qualifications

• Strong management consulting experience within complex public sector environments.
• Ownership of consulting engagements across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Digital transformation experience, ideally involving multi-supplier or complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of governance, approvals and senior stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital transformation engagements across the UK public sector.
• Own engagements from discovery and problem definition through mobilisation and delivery to implementation and aftercare.
• Work with senior client stakeholders, establish objectives and navigate governance to deliver outcomes.
• Support bids, proposals and opportunity development while delivering credible, practical solutions.
