Qualifications

• Practitioner psychologist with substantial leadership and clinical experience.
• Experience leading psychological services and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological leadership for the WSBS and guide service transformation.
• Lead on governance to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery.
• Direct complex psychological assessment, formulation and interventions.
• Provide risk assessment guidance integrated into MDT decisions.
• Offer consultation, supervision and training to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support implementation of national women's transformation work and best practices.
• Lead service evaluation, clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster partnerships with commissioners, carers and community services.
