Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to help clients improve operations through Data, Analytics and AI.

You will work with cross-functional teams on supply chain, infrastructure and process intelligence, building dashboards and decision-support tools.

We value adaptable thinkers who can translate complex analytics into practical recommendations and deliver measurable impact, with hybrid UK-based roles.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI, ML or data science to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Ability to design, build and deliver AI-enhanced analytics solutions with clients.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflow orchestration and automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Process Mining, observability, or graph analytics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver AI analytics.
• Apply analytics, AI and automation to supply chain, logistics and operations.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into practical, measurable solutions.
• Contribute to proposals and reusable assets and help teammates grow.
• Maintain governance and responsible AI practices during delivery.
