YOUR ROLE

• Client Advisory and Delivery: Lead client meetings to advise on business and technology strategies, aligning Microsoft solutions with business needs. Engage stakeholders to understand requirements, using innovation practices to design feasible, sustainable solutions. Oversee project planning and delivery using agile methodologies, managing cross-functional teams and risks. Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle and deliver strategic presentations. Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships to enhance client and partner engagement.
• Innovation and Capability Development: Provide advanced analysis of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions, offering reliable service implementation estimates. Bring deep knowledge of employee solutions, CRM, and frontline services, with experience in Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle. Understand competitive technologies and cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) to assess solution integration. Promote Microsoft Business Applications, identifying opportunities for expansion, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. Continuously develop your skills through training and certifications.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain updated skills and availability, contribute to practice development, and ensure timely operational task completion. You will also have opportunities to contribute to business development (proposals, RFPs, client events), internal initiatives (campaigns, whitepapers, practice development), and learning & development (training, certifications).

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for people with skills and experience in:

• Professional degree (Masters-level or above) in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Business
• Experience in consulting or relevant area of business advisory
• Technical certifications in Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
• UK security clearance
• Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management)
• Functional expertise in CRM and ERP technology, cloud deployment
• Knowledge of Generative AI, technology risks, and mitigation strategies
• Strong collaboration, coaching, and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to apply strategy and innovation to complex problems
• Excellent presentation skills for senior audiences
• Passion for continuous learning and technology development
