Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent qualification.
• GMC specialist register.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microbiology demonstrated through work history.

Responsibilities

• Provide, maintain and develop the laboratory, clinical microbiology and infection control service.
• Collaborate with Microbiology, other Pathology disciplines and Public Health services to ensure a hospital-appropriate service.
